Common Questions
Can my chip actually be repaired, or do I need a replacement?
Most chips smaller than a quarter and cracks under 6 inches can be repaired. If the damage is in the driver's direct line of sight, at the edge of the glass, or too large, we'll tell you honestly — and we won't charge you for a repair that won't hold.
How long does a repair take?
A single chip takes about 30 minutes. Cracks take 45 minutes. Multi-chip jobs add roughly 20 minutes per additional chip. You can stay in your car or go about your day — we'll come to wherever you're parked.
Will the repair be invisible?
Repair significantly improves clarity and stops the damage from spreading. Most repairs are nearly invisible. We'll always show you the result before we pack up.
What if it rains right after?
The resin is UV-cured and fully set before we leave. Light rain won't affect the repair. We do ask that you avoid a car wash for 24 hours.
